Jason was a man on a mission to get the pull-up bars installed Tuesday night.  Thank you JO & thankyou Bethany for understanding & being supportive as to why your husband got home so late Monday & Tuesday!  Thanks again to all that helped get the gym moved & ready to open!

10 Pull-ups
10 One-armed dumbell swings (5 left arm, 5 right arm)
10 Dips
20 Double-unders (or 60 singles)

 

WOD

5 rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
25 Sit-ups

10 Push-ups
10 Knees to elbows
5 Strict pull-ups (use bands if needed)
5 Pistols (each leg)
Run 200 meters

 

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Burpees
4 Power cleans
3 Power snatches
2 Overhead squats
1 Thruster

Men's weight - 95#  Women's weight - 65#

We will not be open for the 7:30 am class or the 4pm class.

Directions to the new gym:

From 400n, you will take a right onto Burnt Stand, at the Chestatee Ford Dealership

From 400s, you will take a left onto Burnt Stand, at the Chestatee Ford Dealership

After you are on Burnt Stand, follow the road until the fence for the Ford dealership ends.  As soon as it ends, you will pass Ethan Allen parkway on your right, which also has an entrance sign that says "Lumpkin 400 Industrial Park."  The entrance to our complex is the next right after Ethan Allen Parkway.  We are in the last unit.  It is a blue building.  Here is a map:

THE GYM WILL BE CLOSED TODAY AS WE ARE MOVING TO A NEW LOCATION

We have moved everything from the old location to the new one.  All that is left is to clean and  organize everything.  With that said, we are on schedule to open Wednesday!  HOWEVER, please keep an eye on the website in case something changes.

Our new location is just off of GA 400.  It is located behind the Chestatee Ford Dealership.  The adderss is 162 Lumpkin County Parkway, Suite 10, Dahlonega GA, 30533.  Here is a map to its location:
