CrossFit – This class is pure CrossFit. These workouts are scaled to all levels and abilities. Whether you are a beginner or an elite athlete you can participate in this class and we will tailor the workout to fit your needs.
Introductory class- This is CrossFit 101. If you are new to CrossFit & choose this option we will introduce the 9 basic movements of CrossFit, evaluate your current fitness level, and give you the go ahead to participate in the regular CrossFit Class.
Private – One on one training that applies all elements of CrossFit or Olympic Weightlifting. Contact us for availability.
Semi-Private – Personalized instruction within a group of five or less individuals. Contact us for availability
