Sometimes, there is pain.
Warm Up
2 rounds of:
10 long pulls on the C2 rower (the computer on the c2 is fried so we can't presently measure distance)
10 push ups
10 air squats
10 kettlebell swings
Sprint the length of the building, rest 20 sec, sprint back
After both rounds are done, STRETCH!!!!
WOD
4 rounds for time of:
Run 200m
10 Burpees
Run 200m
10 Pullups
