10 Handstand push-ups
10 Good mornings, PVC
10 Wall ball shots
20 Double-unders

then...a group strecth before we begin the wod

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Power clean, 155#/110#
Muscle-ups
